My Approach to Therapy:

Drawing upon my extensive training, research, and clinical experience, I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues that individuals of marginalized and minority populations encounter. These include acculturation, intergenerational conflicts, identity development, discrimination, family dynamics, and the impacts of societal expectations and perfectionism. By integrating culturally-sensitive and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, I strive to empower my patients in navigating these challenges and find a sense of authenticity, balance, and fulfillment in life.
