I support clients across backgrounds and identities in their desire to find meaning, clarity, and hope by means of supportive and reflective therapeutic practice and training. While all clients are welcome, I specialize in working with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, general stress, identity conflicts, legal conflicts and communities of color. I also specialize in person-centered therapy but tailor interventions for client’s individual needs.
