My Approach to Therapy:

As a therapist and somatic practitioner, my goal is to provide a compassionate space where connection, trust, and inherent wisdom can grow. The therapeutic relationship I build with my clients - both individuals and couples - is incredibly important to me. My trauma informed approach integrates my training in Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Trauma Resilience Model, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Buddhism, Mindfulness, and Yoga. As a queer nonbinary person of color, my healing work has also led me to engage in anti-oppression education, racial solidarity organizing, land based practice, and community arts programming for the last 15 years. I love my work in both individuals and couples therapy. Since starting my private practice in 2018, it has been a joy and privilege to work with clients from BIPOC, LGBTQIA, femme, immigrant, refugee, Buddhist, politically radical, and creative backgrounds.
