My expertise in both physical and mental health, I provide care through a holistic lens that treats the whole person, not just symptoms.

I believe in using a team approach, where I listen to each patient’s goals and work collaboratively to develop a plan that supports healing and wellness. I offer a balance of brief psychotherapy, medication management, virtual ADHD testing (upon request), and practical guidance with self-care, nutrition, and physical activity.

My goal is to provide individualized, culturally competent, and non-judgmental care. I am deeply passionate about reducing the stigma of seeking mental health treatment—especially in the African American community—by normalizing conversations around emotional wellness and providing a safe, supportive space.

I strive to create a welcoming, down-to-earth, and nurturing environment where every patient feels heard, valued, and encouraged to “come as they are.” Building a strong therapeutic relationship based on trust and compassion is at the center of my practice and essential to how I provide care."
