I believe a setback is a set up for a come back! If I can help individuals strive for this, then I am doing my job. I also believe that we are not defined by our past. My approach in therapy is to support holistically. And as a Spiritual person, I believe that we can overcome anything! I am honored to support those who are sent to me. Together, we will learn much and as I not only provide a listening ear and validation, I also help to equip my clients with effective strategies and skills to move towards healing and recovery. I am also recently trained in EMDR. I do have an eclectic approach in therapy.
