My Approach to Therapy:

I can help you meaningfully explore and unpack the issues that contribute to your difficulties, while helping you understand yourself better, develop healthy ways to manage life stressors, function better at school or work, and improve your personal relationships. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, academic or professional stress, unhealthy relationships, or a new life transition, we will work together in a collaborative, nonjudgmental and supportive way to help you work through your challenges and thrive.
I have always had a passion for helping people understand themselves, work through hardships and achieve their unique potential. I also know that entering therapy can be an intimidating experience so I strive to create a safe space for you to explore your concerns. If you would like me to help you on your journey, please contact me for a free phone consultation.
I am a NY & NJ licensed psychologist with over 10 years of experience working in hospital, clinic, and college settings. I completed my PhD at Fordham University and my predoctoral training at Columbia University Medical Center. I integrate my training in psychodynamic, CBT, and interpersonal therapies to provide personalized support.
