My Approach to Therapy:

I'm a highly trained and skilled therapist with over 15 years of providing multi-culturally affirming, trauma-infomed therapy to teens, college students, and adults across the life span. My therapeutic approach is solution focused, strengths based and skills oriented, viewed through a systemic & culturally responsive lens. Expertly and gently, I empower you with tangible, healthy coping skills starting with the very first session, so you can begin to find relief right away.

I support teens and college students as they navigate the extraordinary phase of identity formation. As a perinatal specialist, I help new & expectant mothers and fathers cope with pregnancy, postpartum & pregnancy loss. For parents, I offer guidance on building healthy attachment and tools to navigate the inevitable parenting challenges.

I offer both short term and long term therapy to clients across California. My work is grounded in neuroscience, integrating evidence-based modalities including solution focused, attachment, CBT and DBT. Together, with mindfulness and self compassion, we'll help you gain healthy emotional and relational skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) so you can move forward.
