I provide trauma informed, culturally sensitive care for black woman who manage life in the midst of racism and oppression. As a board certified music therapist, I can also provide music therapy experiences to address your needs. I primary use ACT and DBT. My goal is to build a therapeutic relationship within which we can identify negative thought patterns and work through past traumatic experiences that impact your ability to form and maintain healthy relationships. I hope that clients begin to hold all parts of life, the complex and messy and the simple joys.
