My Approach to Therapy:

"I have almost a decade of experience in the field of mental health and wellness providing individual and group therapy for adults working in community mental health centers, day programs and prisons.
My training is in grief and trauma work, as well Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Internal Family Systems. I have expertise in supporting clients through life transitions, difficult relationships, periods of anxiety or depression, questions of identity and acute mental health crises. My clients encompass a diverse range of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, including those who experience oppression or marginalization based on apparent or perceived ‘otherness’. I strive to hold a healing space for the wholeness and complexity of each person who has found themselves brave enough to seek support in making internal and external changes in their lives."
