My Approach to Therapy:

As a therapist, my role is to help clients develop insight and relief from symptoms. I provide support by discussing your concerns, guiding exploration, helping you to resolve and move towards your goals, such as to develop greater satisfaction, belonging, to cope or to feel 'unstuck'. I help clients examine their situation, struggles and unique internal world, facilitating deeper awareness and strengths to make positive shifts. My style is to work collaboratively in a warm environment supportive of therapeutic healing, growth & change. For youth, I practice a combo of play, talk and behavioral therapy, parent coaching and support.

I am qualified to treat a range of mood, stress/anxiety disorders, autism, trauma, grief, relationships, parenting, new mothers, and child/teen issues. My special interests are identity, cultural, acculturation or multiracial challenges, mindfulness, fluidity, international students, immigrants, TCKs.

I have years of professional experience and clinical training helping clients. I enjoy working with and providing psychotherapy and consultation to individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and families. Therapy can be a fruitful process. I welcome you to contact me to talk about working together.

I also offer free (brief) initial consultations.
