My Approach to Therapy:

I'm a clinical social worker with a background in working with young adults up to seniors at their end of their lives. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, burnout, grief/loss, and aging process/life transitions. I have also worked with third culture kids/TCK adults in understanding their complex global experiences that affect ones identity, sense of home, and belonging. My work is culturally-sensitive and trauma-informed to address a multitude of influences (internal and external) in your life. I incorporate mindfulness, strength-based, and somatic-oriented approach as I value mind and body connection to your healing process. I am here to offer a safe space to explore, to give you a gentle nudge, and to be a witness in your journey to feel lighter and more grounded. We will work collaboratively to create a therapeutic relationship that caters to your needs.
