My Approach to Therapy:

Your past and your current struggles do not dictate the person you want to become although they can often hinder us in ways we aren't aware of yet. Exploring significant experiences in your life, both the good and the painful, can bring deeper awareness into how these moments continue to impact you today. Whether your goals are to feel happier, improve relationships, live more authentically, or to heal from trauma, together we can explore how to flourish into a place of clarity, healing and meaning and live a life filled with more moments of joy.
Over the last 16 years, I have worked extensively with clients with a broad range of mental health concerns such as complex PTSD from combat, sexual trauma and childhood trauma as well as LGBTQIA issues, moral injury, substance misuse, anxiety, anger, depression, panic, low self esteem, parenting, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, warm, and honest approach. I strongly believe in people's capacity for resiliency and ability to flourish and live a full life despite painful experiences. I am committed to helping you create meaningful change in your life and find greater wellness, self-compassion, and joy.
