My Approach to Therapy:

"I live and come to psychology with a consciousness of interpersonal, structural and institutional oppression that many of us experience throughout our lives. You will find compassion and understanding at the cross-sections of your suffering and your identities. Whether it is anxiety, depression, social/community difficulties, I can help explore these elements so that you can harness hope, presence, and restoration.

My work is centered around building and strengthening your wellbeing so that issues of mental health and suffering propel you to healing and freedom. I am relational oriented, which means the work we will do centers around being in relation to oneself and the world in order understand mental health complexities and move to liberated and flourishing lives.
If any of this resonates with you and you would like to connect with me, please do."
