My Approach to Therapy:

I am a culturally sensitive and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who has years of experience treating adults and couples with relationship issues, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, childhood trauma, and executive functioning difficulties.

Prior to practicing clinical psychology, I parlayed my athletic ability on the football field into a full scholarship to Boston College. My enthusiasm for athletics, physical fitness, and wellness inspired me to subsequently work as a celebrity fitness trainer at one of the most exclusive gyms in New York City. Over my 15+ year career, I’ve been able to help hundreds of clients not only lose weight and tone up, but also improve their capacity to overcome adversity by adopting a growth mindset. Realizing the critical connection between physical and mental health, I utilize my mind-body expertise as a clinical psychologist to help patients overcome their stuck points to achieve their goals.
