My Approach to Therapy:

Living in the state of MA, my clients are ethnically and/or culturally isolated in different areas of their life (peer, community, family, faith, work, etc). They are exhausted; tired of fighting; tired of talking; tired of existing just to be exploited.

My approach uses the body and art as vehicles toward liberation. Through art therapy and somatic-based practices, we get to the core conflicts causing internal and external pain. The process of creating plays out as a container for reflection, while additionally regulating the nervous system. Art materials and artistic background are not required, however, an open mind and willingness are.
