I utilize a wide variety of interventions, techniques, and theoretical frameworks to offer compassionate guidance in an inclusive and affirming space. I offer exclusively virtual services for adults in Texas. My specialties include: individual therapy for adults, relationship and couples counseling, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Multi-Partner Relationship Therapy for polyamorous and non-monogamous relationships, Diversity and Inclusion focused therapy for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ adults, and knowledgeable affirming therapy for alternative lifestyles and relationships, including kink and BDSM, ethical non-monogamy, swinger lifestyle, and more.
