My Approach to Therapy:

I have a natural gift of building relationships and a passion for at-risk youth. So I decided to combine my gift and my passion with my education and experience and took a Leap of Faith to start this practice.

I believe there is no shame in asking for help as we all need help at some time or another in our lives. I feel you hold the key to the happiness that you seek, and I am only here to help you find it from deep within. I will meet you where you are and help you to break through that wall that is holding you back from your full potential.

In my years of practice, I have found success with using and integrated approach with a firm Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) base to help you think outside the box. Why? Because everything doesn’t work for everybody.

I have worked in with a variety of populations and have spent the majority of my career working with couples dealing with communication issues, and conflict as well as adolescents dealing with anger, anxiety, and depression.

If you are tired of struggling and ready to make a change take a leap and give me a call today.
