My Approach to Therapy:

I’m a holistic trauma therapist dedicated to helping adults heal from complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relational difficulties. I draw from my training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), and Tholage to integrate somatic, relational, and holistic approaches that support deep and lasting change.

With experience across nonprofit, school, community, private, and corporate settings, I bring a grounded and inclusive perspective to my work. I specialize in working with AANHPI and BIPOC clients, exploring cultural identity, intergenerational trauma, and the ways these experiences shape relationships with self and others.

Through my practice, Wild Lavender Therapy, I offer both ongoing psychotherapy and therapy intensives for clients seeking accelerated healing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I’m passionate about creating safe, affirming spaces where clients can reconnect with balance, resilience, and authenticity.
