My Approach to Therapy:

“Change is part of the process”. Is the phrase that I like to allow the individuals that I work with to be able to understand while us working together. Change can be intimating; it can also be rooted in fear and uncertainty. Taking care of yourself is the best thing you can do for YOURSELF. I constantly like to encourage the individuals I work with, is to recognize the fact that they have made a conscious decision to allow themselves to grow and heal during this time. My experience has been working with individuals who deal with anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, and self-esteem in young girls. The type of atmosphere you can expect to experience while working together is a place of peace, healing, understanding, self-awareness, and a little fun. While working together my professional goal is to identify situations, behaviors, and thoughts that interfere with your wellness and functionality. My intention is to meet individuals exactly where they are at in life. If it is your goal is to gain insight into your own behaviors, healing from past trauma, elevate your mindset, and to find your purpose here on this earth. I am here to help you on that journey.
