I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression and fertility challenges that feel too heavy to hold alone. Our first few sessions, we will prioritize what to focus on and create a plan to address them and help you to start feeling better. Our sessions will be weekly to start and as your symptoms improve, we will decrease the frequency of sessions to biweekly and monthly as needed.
