My Approach to Therapy:

I provide a safe, compassionate environment that is supportive and free from judgment. My style incorporates cognitive-behavioral (skill building) and psychodynamic (insight-oriented) approaches. By building on insight, incorporating your personal strengths and developing tools for change, we can work to improve your overall functioning, find a deeper understanding of yourself, and foster personal growth.
I provide short-term and long-term therapy to adults who are coping with stress, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in treating college students and young adults contending with issues around relational conflicts, life transitions, self-esteem and identity. I particularly enjoy working with Asian Americans around cultural and family issues
