My clients often describe our sessions as calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental spaces where they can feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings. I believe in an egalitarian approach, meaning we’ll work together as partners in this process. My goal is to support you in generating the change you desire while holding you accountable in a compassionate way. I view therapy as a welcoming space where all parts of you are accepted, including the challenging aspects that can be difficult to share. I take an individualized approach to each client, recognizing that every person is unique. I provide individual psychotherapy to adults and psychological testing for anyone 7 years or older.
