My Approach to Therapy:

"Looking to make changes in your life? Having difficulty making decisions? Are you a multicultural individual having tough time balancing your identities? Have your experienced loss and are struggling with the grief process? Are you a couple looking to find a neutral party to sort out some difficulties in your relationship?
I have over 20 years of experience in the field from working as an Crisis Clinician in hospital system E.R to providing case management and currently working as an outpatient therapy at and conducting groups; providing therapy to individuals using an Integrative approach including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused B.T.

Born to immigrant parents as well as a mother who has experienced infant loss, I have gained not only life skills but also the clinical skills to aide individuals down the path of wellness. Therapy creates a safe space to work out the toughest difficulties with experienced individuals providing expertise and objective counsel."
