I work individually with
adolescents and adults using an
integrative blend of emotionfocused,
narrative, feminist,
multicultural, attachment-based
and somatic approaches. My
therapeutic approach is heavily
informed by my intersecting
identities as a queer woman, and
biracial therapist of color. I aim to
hold space for the complexities of
my clients stories and navigate a
path to understanding
experiences and their impact. In
doing so, I hope to support my
clients in feeling a greater sense
of freedom and agency in the
world.
