My Approach to Therapy:

I specialize in providing support for clients struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, interpersonal relationship dynamics, trauma histories, work-life balance, grief/loss, religious/spiritual concerns, and feeling disconnected.

I bring extensive experience with LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC community members. I have supported individuals navigating the foster care system and adoptions. Also, a particular focus on Men's Issues related to recognizing, understanding, and managing your emotions, as well as the emotions of others, career transitions, sexuality, sexual issues/concerns, stressors related to roles as a caregiver, spouse, partner, father, and professional expectations.

I foster a healthy and productive therapeutic relationship with a unique and diverse perspective in which you are greeted and supported with compassion, genuineness, and non-judgement.
I incorporate a multicultural perspective & have experience working with first generational immigrants and imposter syndrome. I provide an objective, supportive, respectful space for all individuals, regardless of sexual orientation, cultural, spiritual belief systems or practices.
