I offer individual therapy services to teens and adults, in person and through telehealth. I know how hard it can be to take the first step to seeking help. As someone who has been “on the other side of the couch”, I deeply value creating a safe and caring space for my clients. I take a collaborative approach to my work. My clients learn from me, and I also learn from and with them. Together, we will help you begin your journey towards healing and growth.
