My Approach to Therapy:
I support folks with connecting to their most authentic and resilient selves. I provide psychodynamic talk therapy to assist individuals wanting to process, reframe and change behaviors; individuals interested in exploring their generational trauma and how it relates to their anxiety and fear-based behaviors; and those experiencing social justice and compassion fatigue. My practice is client centered, strengths-based, and draws from relational, intersectional, and social justice frameworks.
You are not defined by the narrative of your life. You are allowed to live within and outside of your truth. You have the right to therapy spaces that honor your autonomy, question power dynamics, are inclusive and provide you language for self advocacy.
