I support folks with connecting to their most authentic and resilient selves. I provide psychodynamic talk therapy to assist individuals wanting to process, reframe and change behaviors; individuals interested in exploring their generational trauma and how it relates to their anxiety and fear-based behaviors; and those experiencing social justice and compassion fatigue. My practice is client centered, strengths-based, and draws from relational, intersectional, and social justice frameworks.
