I work with a talented and gifted individual that believes they are not living up to their potential despite evidence to the contrary. They know they "should" be happier but don't understand why or how to change for the better. They struggle in their relationships due to being too "blunt" or they hate dealing with conflict. These clients have a high level of empathy and feel like they are absorbing feelings that are not their own.
