My Approach to Therapy:
Feeling stressed out, anxious, overwhelmed or exhausted? Tired of feeling frustrated? Difficulty adjusting to life changes such as grief and loss, or relationship issues? These stressors can affect your quality of life and cause you to feel unsure of who you are and what you want in life. Its not always easy seeking help, take the first step in managing your stressors.
You aren't truly happy, until you process and manage your stressors and embrace your true self. Imagine being able to control difficult feelings and emotions, being able to understand issues you've tried to make sense of for so long. Regain control of your life!
My goal is to assist you with understanding and processing your thoughts and feelings to increase your quality of life and decrease trauma, stress, or anxiousness. I assist clients with implementing skills to re-invest in their lives so they have what it takes to gain a sense of well-being. Better decisions are made when you're able to process and understand your thoughts and feelings. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
