Instead, I view emotional pain, identity struggles, and relationship problems as a natural part of the human experience and as an opportunity for personal growth and healing. I work from a strengths-based approach where I believe that we all have the inner tools and wisdom to become the best version of ourselves. I work collaboratively with clients. I use my expertise in psychology alongside their expertise in their own lives and experiences.
