My practice to therapy is from a holistic nontraditional, unconventional and client centered approach. I do however implement some Cognitive Behavioral therapeutic approach (CBT) modalities. This is where the client and myself enter into a partnership to begin establishing a path onto the healing journey of self discovery and self reconnection. With honesty, acceptance and williness to receive feedback the journey to healing can be promising.
