My Approach to Therapy:

I believe having clarity about the WHY you do, say, and think the way you do begins with denying the narrative that you are too “booked and busy” to peel back those layers of your identity hidden from the world.

I specialize in creating a safe space to slay self-doubt by changing the narrative. Integrating evidenced based treatment with a short term, strength based, and culturally informed approach, we will laugh, explore, and unpack. We will discuss underlying beliefs, generational traumas, and internalized oppression that keep you from achieving your desires. My aim is to empower you to become your own #goals by being intentional and accountable as the best version of yourself at home, work, and in relationships!

My formal education includes a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology, an MA in Business Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, and a BA in Psychology from theeee Hampton University. I completed a nationally accredited predoctoral internship and postdoctoral residency at South Florida State Hospital, and have advanced training healing diverse individuals with trauma, psychotic, and personality related disorders.
