My Approach to Therapy:
I provide telehealth therapy using a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns and develop healthier ways of thinking and coping. I also incorporate Supportive Therapy to create a safe, validating space where clients feel heard and empowered.
To help clients explore ambivalence and strengthen motivation for change, I use Motivational Interviewing (MI). When emotional regulation or interpersonal challenges arise, I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach skills like mindfulness, distress tolerance, and effective communication.
I also utilize Problem-Solving Therapy to guide clients in breaking down life’s challenges into manageable steps, building confidence and practical coping tools along the way.
Telehealth allows for flexibility and comfort while still offering meaningful, goal-oriented support. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, stress, or life transitions, I tailor each session to your needs—helping you move toward growth, resilience, and lasting change.
