My Approach to Therapy:

Welcome and thank you for taking the time to visit. For various reasons, it can feel overwhelming to seek out care and support. If you are on a journey of discovery and healing, you may have doubts, fears, and questions. I believe all people have everything innately, to implement change in their lives and reach the next chapter with confidence.

I work with AAPI, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ adolescents and young adults, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, and various other challenges. These can be related to several areas such as to cross-cultural identity development, transracial and transnational adoption, sexuality, and connectedness.

The therapeutic stance I take is focused on building a collaborative and holistic foundation, where we can explore and sort out the challenges you may be facing. As an Asian American, who has interlaced two different cultures, I provide a culturally sensitive and inclusive approach to each individual I have the honor of meeting.
