My Approach to Therapy:

I offer relational therapy for individuals, couples, family members, and friends. My style is warm and collaborative with the belief that problems occur not within people, but between them. I work with you to identify feelings, where they live in the body, and how they are connected to thoughts and actions. I also explore with you relationship patterns inherited from your family of origin, so that together, we can begin to understand how to create something new. I aim to help you understand your cycles of interaction and thereby increase intimacy and connection along with a feeling of grounded self. I use an anti-oppressive lens in my work, making room for clients’ intersectional identities and the ways in which systems of oppression impact them. I explore the complexities of race, sexuality, orientation, ability, age, gender, and economic background. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and have worked with clients around sexuality, polyamory and kink.
